$200 (refundable) security deposit required plus
$200 (non-refundable) Facilities Fee
Day Usage$100* per day
Overnight $15 per person per night

*not subject to the non-refundable Facilities Fee if reserved for only one day
Per person fees do not apply to children 3 years and younger. The $200 security deposit covers any damages or messes left by visitors and will be refunded should the property be left with no damages. 
To check availability and to make a reservation, call the DTBA office at 662-429-5033. Reservation is not confirmed until deposit is received. 
REFUND POLICY
If the center is not going to be used, the group/church/individual has up to one week prior to the reservation date to cancel and receive a deposit refund. This must be done by calling the DTBA office at 662-429-5033 as not showing up with forfeit the deposit.
